    Sales terms and conditions

    • 1. Timeline

      The first building is scheduled for completion by the end of 2027, followed by the second in spring 2028 and the third at a later stage.

    • 2. Reservation

      Upon reserving an apartment, the buyer signs a reservation agreement and pays a €2,000 reservation deposit as confirmation of their purchase intent.

    • 3. Law of Obligations Agreement

      The buyer enters into a notarised Preliminary Sale and Purchase Agreement, which sets out all details of the transaction. Upon signing the agreement, the buyer pays 15% of the purchase price of the property.

    • 4. Transfer of Ownership Agreement

      Once the apartment building is ready for handover, a notarised Transfer of Ownership Agreement is concluded. The buyer pays the remaining balance of the purchase price, and ownership of the apartment is transferred to the buyer.

    • 5. Not included in the purchase price of the apartment

      Parking space, storage unit, notary fees and state fees related to the execution of the sale agreement (payable by the buyer), as well as connection fees for data communications, cable television, telephone, and security services are not included in the purchase price. The purchase of a parking space and storage unit is optional.
